1. Introduction

3.2 Jurisdiction

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been previously self-excluded from any gambling platform or who are subject to a court order restricting gambling participation are not eligible to register.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration form with accurate and current information. The information provided must match official identification documents. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with fraudulent activity.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify dfbocau support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. dfbocau will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must not share your Account access with any third party under any circumstances.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dfbocau may request identity documents at any stage of your membership, including before processing a first withdrawal. Standard documentation requirements include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), a Malaysian passport or a government-issued driver's licence, together with a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill issued within the last three months) and a selfie holding the identity document. All submitted documents are processed securely and used solely for verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in suspended withdrawal access. Account registration does not constitute acceptance of a KYC submission; approval is confirmed via a separate notification from our verification team. Typical verification processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

The Services are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 5.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account with dfbocau. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or names — constitutes abuse and will result in the suspension of all related Accounts, the voiding of all Bonus Funds and a review of withdrawable balances.

5.3 Access Responsibility

The Platform is not responsible for losses arising from unsecured networks, malware on your device or the actions of third parties who gain access to your device. Always log out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dfbocau supports a range of payment channels familiar to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are also accepted. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dfbocau reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be traced to a verified account holder and to request supporting documentation for any transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within the timeframes stated at the cashier. dfbocau is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking networks or e-wallet service outages.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that has been verified in the Account holder's name. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before the request is considered. dfbocau reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. 7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility and Claiming

Promotional offers available on dfbocau are subject to individual promotion-specific terms that supplement these General Terms. Before accepting any bonus, you are strongly advised to review the applicable Wagering Requirement, game contribution rates, maximum bet limit during bonus play, bonus expiry window and maximum cash-out cap. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified for each promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Placing a bet that exceeds the maximum permitted bet during active bonus play — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or hand depending on the promotion — may result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus Funds and related winnings. Game contribution rates differ by game category: slot games generally contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles typically contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Abuse and Fraud

dfbocau reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings and close any Account where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinating bet strategies with other players to guarantee a bonus outcome, exploiting errors in promotional terms, registering multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times, or any other activity that dfbocau, in its reasonable judgement, considers an exploitation of its promotional programme.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on dfbocau are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event and sport. In the case of a disputed result, settlement will follow the official result as provided by the relevant governing body (for example, the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, or the relevant international federation for EPL and other competitions). Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified window or abandoned before conclusion may be voided and stakes returned, subject to market-specific rules.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are game-dependent and are available in each game's information section. dfbocau does not manipulate or alter game outcomes in any way.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds where appropriate:

• Exploiting any technical error, software fault, pricing discrepancy or incomplete settlement to gain an undue advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other criminal activity via the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or otherwise engaging in abusive behaviour toward support staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dfbocau Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, page layouts and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of dfbocau or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, published or commercially exploited without prior written consent from dfbocau.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, derivative work or redistribution of Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dfbocau, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, lost gambling winnings or any reputational or financial harm.

dfbocau makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from viruses or malicious code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service interruptions. Where a bet is affected by a platform error, dfbocau's liability is limited to the stake value of the affected transaction.

In all circumstances, dfbocau's maximum aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gambling

dfbocau is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of recovering previous financial losses. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity.
